numerous industry sectors (engineering, gift, greeting card, retail, toy, plastics, mail-order etc). Overseas experienced.
I
am presently seeking an Interim Management assignment for an

some 20 years I have gained a long and successful track record -
across several industry sectors - providing Interim Managements
services ranging from short-term infill senior managements rolls
to full-scale rationalisations, disposals, relocations etc. for
businesses of varying sizes from SME's to FTSE listed & AIM
companies. My
approach is with integrity and honesty and a reputation for
quality, delivery on time, and on-site project management has
positioned myself as a competent Interim Management Company. The
first day you go into an assignment you have to hit the ground
running - and not to meet new friends! I quickly obtain a feel for
the culture for the company - you don't have time to tread water
or tread carefully! You are a cost to the business and it is
imperative that you immediately justify your presence. I
am often able to call on interim colleagues and other services to
assist my projects with the view of achieving a 1-stop turnaround
service if required. I have a wealth of experience of similar
